How we handle data in the Sentrul ecosystem.

1. Data Collection

We collect operational data required to execute workflows and maintain compliance audit trails. This includes agent interactions, workflow definitions, and execution logs.

2. Data Isolation

Tenant data is isolated at the database level using Row Level Security (RLS). No data is shared across organizations without explicit user-defined connectors.

3. Audit Transparency

All data processing actions performed by agents are logged. Users can review these logs at any time via the Compliance Dashboard.

4. Rights and Control

Users retain full control over their data and can request deletion of organization contexts at any time, subject to compliance retention requirements.
